Michael K. Stanton, Jr.
Michael K. Stanton, Jr. graduated from
Fordham Prep in 1979 and the College of the
Holy Cross in 1983. He received his Law
Degree from Fordham University School of Law
in 1986 and is admitted to practice in
Connecticut and in New York. He is,
additionally, admitted to practice in the
United States District Courts for the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York,
the District Court of Connecticut, and the
United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Stanton's practice is primarily
focused in the area of Commercial Litigation
and includes Contract disputes,
Patent/Copyright actions, Construction
claims and Probate/Surrogate Court
proceedings. He has extensive experience in
complex matters in State and Federal Courts
in both Connecticut and New York, and has
represented clients in Arbitration settings
as well.
He is a member of the Fordham Law Alumni
Association Board of Directors and is active
in the Regional Chapters of that
Association. He resides in Stamford,
Connecticut.
