Gregg P. Garneau
Gregg P. Garneau graduated from
Binghamton University in 1990 and from
Fordham University School of Law in 1993. He
is a Partner of the Firm. Mr. Garneau was
admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994
and is also admitted to the United States
Supreme Court and the District Courts for
the Southern and Eastern Districts of New
York. He is also a member of the New York
State and Westchester County Bar
Associations.
Mr. Garneau has a diverse practice that
includes commercial and general litigation,
commercial and residential real estate, real
estate brokerage law and corporate planning
and transactions. He serves as counsel to
the largest privately owned real estate
brokerage company in New York. Mr. Garneau
was formerly a Senior Associate at Cerussi &
Spring where his practice areas included
product liability, general litigation and
construction law. He was personally
responsible for all aspects of court
proceedings in both federal and state court,
including pre-trial discovery, motion
practice, depositions, trials, mediations
and arbitrations. Mr. Garneau served as part
of the litigation team defending a
multinational corporation in product
liability actions pending in state and
federal courts throughout the country. He
also served as counsel to a national
electrical contractor handling a wide range
of matters including contract negotiations,
litigation and insurance coverage.
Mr. Garneau is a former member of the
Board of Directors of the
Bronxville-Eastchester-Tuckahoe Community
Fund. He is a graduate of the “Leadership
Westchester Program” offered through The
Volunteer Center of the United Way. He is a
past recipient of the “Rising Stars-Forty
under Forty” of The Business Council of
Westchester. He currently serves as
Vice-President of the Westchester-Putnam
chapter of the Fordham Law School Alumni
